Shrimp and Grits by tallasiandude
Mmmm...yeah right, I wish. I am having grits though. However, they're more the slightly undercooked and lumpy, cooked in a tupperware container in the microwave at the office style grits. Not exactly my fav, but it'll do. I've been craving grits for the last week or two so I brought some quick cook grits to work so I had them on hand when the craving struck. Now I want to go home and make some nice smooth, creamy grits tonight.
